In our research for the 10 most compelling reasons to go vegan in 2021, we came across two prevalent points. Firstly – it’s good for animals, and secondly – it’s good for you as a human being, your health and your own weight loss.
We’ve included weight loss in this list somewhere, but we don’t want to focus on it.
